He made a brief appearance in the episode Cartmanland, with the rest of cartmans family. Not much is known about Elvin but he is always seen with a fudgesicle in his mouth. His Great-Grandfather Jonas Cartman Is The Father Mabel Cartman and Harold Cartman. His Great-Grandmother Darlene Cartman Is The Mother of Harold Cartman and The Mother-in-law of Mabel Cartman.
