Timmy is a handie cap character voiced by Trey Parker .In a wheel chair who can only say the word timmy.He fought with jimmy in cripple fight however the two have become friends since then.Jimmy has however replaced timmy as the main handi cap character.Timmy also has parents who are also handie cap and can only say there names.In cripple fight cartman keept yelling out cripple fight!.TIMMY!!!
